About this course
This course is an introduction to four capabilities of the RETScreen Expert software: benchmarking, feasibility, performance, and portfolio analysis. Through a series of examples related to energy efficiency for a small office building, the course surveys key steps in understanding clean energy projects, including using benchmarks to gain a first understanding of the energy consumption of the facility, investigating the profitability of proposed clean energy projects, tracking the performance of built projects, and managing a portfolio of facilities.

- Understand the main elements of a prefeasibility study
- Learn how to use weather data to remove variability from performance data for a clean energy project.
