At HeatSpring, we provide workforce solutions for climate action. We’ve been a leading provider of online clean energy training since 2007, and have now expanded to meet the critical need for clean energy workforce development capacity. We partner with clean energy companies, government entities, nonprofits and community organizations to ensure workforce development projects result in quality jobs aligned with employer and market needs.

HeatSpring hosts an innovative and easy-to-use education platform with more than 270 current paid AND free opportunities. We work with more than 100 subject matter experts to turn their knowledge into learner-focused training taken by more than 106,000 incumbent workers and entry level learners. HeatSpring courses have been approved for professional development hours by state licensing boards, NABCEP, AIA, NATE, BPI, and other credentialing organizations. Need to host your own content but don’t have a learning management system? Let’s talk.
We know many organizations are receiving significant workforce dollars from federal and other sources, some for the first time. HeatSpring can help with implementation of your workforce programs to ensure they are aligned with just transition objectives and project goals. Let us assist you with ecosystem mapping to identify partners and resources and develop a strategy to leverage and supplement existing frameworks and address any gaps. We can help you identify critical sector(s) and job roles to accelerate local/regional workforce development aligned with the short- and long-term need for workers with clean energy skills.
Many organizations develop training, but a partnership with HeatSpring includes access to learning experts who have subject matter expertise in clean energy and decarbonization technologies, including solar, building performance, high performing HVAC, and building electrification. In addition, our staff includes learning experts from the tech sector who bring novel methods and digital media tools, including AI, to assist with knowledge transfer and improve the learning experience.
The HeatSpring team has secured and successfully managed millions of dollars in federal and state funding and has a current listing in good standing in the System for Award Management (SAM).
