Prior to assuming his current role, Will oversaw the assessment, design and construction of hundreds of photovoltaic, solar thermal, geothermal and micro-wind systems. Previously, Will oversaw construction and demolition projects for CDM Smith, most notably in support of the Lawrence, MA Gateway Revitalization project. Prior to joining the civilian workforce, Will served as a Combat Engineer Platoon Leader, Head of Personnel Administration and Head of Maintenance as a U.S. Army officer with the 1st Infantry Division’s 9th Engineer Battalion.
Will holds an M.S. in homeland security from Endicott College and a B.S. in environmental engineering from Tufts University. He is a NABCEP Certified PV Installation Professional, FAA Certified Remote Pilot, and holds various licenses and registrations in MA, RI and NY. Will serves as a mentor with the Solar Ready Vets Network and Hiring Our Heroes. His military deployments include Kosovo, Iraq, and the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. Will is an Iraq War veteran who retired from the Coast Guard Reserve after 22 years of military service.
