Melissa Stewart

Melissa Stewart is a Senior Engineering Consultant to VEIC’s energy program clients seeking complex decarbonization and energy efficiency solutions. Her work involves direct engagement with energy efficiency program customers across the commercial and industrial sector. She has a deep technical background in low-GWP HVAC refrigeration technology development, refrigerant management and transition, resource management for federal facilities, and industrial water treatment. She holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, a Master of Engineering in in Environmental Engineering Sciences from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from the University of Florida.
