Li Ling Young

Li Ling Young is a Senior Engineering Consultant with VEIC. Over twenty years of supporting energy efficiency initiatives across the U.S., Li Ling has developed expertise in Green Homes, Healthy Homes, electrification and decarbonization. Li Ling strives to bring a social justice lens to all her work and has helped builders and developers throughout the Northeast design and build high performance affordable housing. Recognizing that electrification done poorly further burdens those not at the front of the climate transformation, Li Ling’s current focus is on minimizing the negative impacts of electrification, including refrigerant stewardship and grid citizenship.
