With over 20 years of experience in construction, residential electrification, home performance, HVAC design, and project management, I am a results-driven leader who strives for operational excellence and innovation. I currently serve as the Head of Quality Assurance and Training at Dandelion Energy, a residential geothermal company that provides clean, affordable, and reliable heating and cooling solutions for homeowners.
In this role, I collaborate across departments, including HR and Operations, to create the Quality Assurance and Training Department from the ground up. I design and oversee training programs for all functions of the company's operations, ensuring skilled craftsmanship and high standards in geothermal system design and installation. I also leverage my expertise in HVAC integration, data analytics, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize energy performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. I am passionate about advancing sustainable practices and technologies that improve the environment and the well-being of people.
