About

Creighton grew up in the foothills outside of Denver and studied theater in college before later switching paths with a course at the Central Rocky Mountain Permaculture Institute in 2011. Since then he has designed and implemented home landscapes, public projects, four-season greenhouses, two school curriculums, and is a contributing author on the book The Forest Garden Greenhouse. He served as the apprenticeship coordinator at Bullocks' Permaculture Homestead in Washington State, and spent six years teaching farm- and place-based science to junior high students. He has been the lead facilitator of the Denver Permaculture Design Course since 2015, and is currently the Director of Perennials and Permaculture for Denver Urban Gardens.
