The course is great for those willing to invest in developing microgrids helping them understand where to begin.
This is a very good module to learn. It contains important basics which you might have forgotten

Lion is the current best technology available in remote parts of Africa with a unstable grid , In south Africa specifically we have what we call Load shedding where the grid turns off for 2-4hours daily . 5 Years ago Lead acid batteries along with a charge controller (Charging from the grid during non shedding times )this howerever is a poor metod to charge the batteries . 5 years later new tech came out like L-Ion batteries technology came out the likes of tesla/LGChem etc . These batteries require far more expensive BMS example The cheaper inverter technology does not suit L-ion and other . further videos would be appreciated with regards to BMS Compatibilities .
I deem this course as an opportunity to add up to the already acquired knowledge as an upcoming installer, quite exciting.
Full of excellent tips and tools for solar design.
yes
The coarse is extremely insightful and can help anyone with little to no information about the battery capacity. I Highly recommend this to anyone looking to broaden their knowledge.
The course is a good source of information. The way its been explained is in a fashion where very limited skills and knowledge can grow. after doing these course I would recommend that you go for training as some of the technical information and terminology is better understandable for people with little to no installation experience.
This course is a short crash course needed for those companies/ installers that need a basic understanding. The way he explains each topic is backed by knowledge and years of experience. As an installer for 4 years, I can say I have walked out of this coarse knowing more than I came in with.
