We're now quantifying and measuring our social and environmental contributions. This formalization of our long-standing values through B Corp Certification marks the beginning of a more transparent, accountable journey as we continue to pursue our mission to accelerate the clean energy transition while helping professionals build fulfilling careers and businesses.
What is a B Corp?
Certified B Corps are businesses verified by B Lab to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. Unlike traditional companies that primarily focus on shareholder returns, B Corps commit to considering the impact of their decisions on all stakeholders—our team members, customers, communities, and the environment.
This certification isn't a one and done checkmark but a commitment to ongoing growth. We'll undergo recertification every three years, continually setting more ambitious goals and raising our standards.
Our B Corp Score
We’re proud to have achieved an initial B Impact score of 92.3 out of 250 – well above the minimum 80-point threshold required for certification. But we see this as just the beginning.
B Corp is less a destination and more a way of traveling. It provides a framework that guides our growth and helps us measure what truly matters.
This score gives us a valuable baseline, but our true north is creating real world impact - developing our team members, strengthening the communities where we operate, and advancing climate action through education.
