OSHA courses have different rules for team discounts and swapping seats.

HeatSpring's OSHA courses are offered in partnership with the OSHA Outreach Center. They have strict rules, set by the Department of Labor, so we can't be as flexible with swapping seats and team discounts.

We can't offer team discounts for OSHA courses because we're just passing along our costs to you. Swapping a teammate into an unused seat is possible if you have not:

• Attempted a quiz
• Requested or been issued a certificate
• Completed the course

No swaps will be granted for an expired course, failure to pass quizzes or any other in-course assessment requirements.
