Follow these two steps to transfer your account to your personal email:
1. Update your email address Go to My Account (top right corner) → Settings (left sidebar). Update your email address to your personal email, then click Update Account to save.
2. Leave your previous company's team Go to My Team (top right corner) → Settings (left sidebar). Click Leave Team to remove yourself from your previous company's team dashboard.
Have multiple accounts or can't log in to your old account? No problem - we can merge multiple accounts into one. Email us at support@heatspring.com with the email addresses you'd like merged and we'll take care of it.
